Squat Cage

Constructed from solid 3x3” 11-gauge steel, our squat cage includes four vertical uprights, cross members, a pull-up bar, safety spotter pins, and j-cups. Clearly marked, 2-inch-spaced holes with laser-engraved numbers denoting every other hole allow for easy J-cup, safety pins or bar placement. With a height of 93 inches and a built-in pull-up bar, this cage is designed for versatility and durability, and is compatible with Nike Spotter Arms, Nike Dip Station, and other 5/8" attachments.

Coated Premium Barbell 20 KG

Nike Grind Bumper Plates

These bumper plates are crafted from Nike Grind rubber, a byproduct of Nike's footwear manufacturing process. Depending on the weight, each plate is made with between 35-66% of Nike Grind rubber.* Because footwear color palettes vary from season to season, each batch of Nike Grind rubber is unique and yields a limited edition run of these plates as they're released. These versatile plates undergo rigorous testing and have been drop tested 10,000 times to meet strict durability standards.**
