HOLIDAY SHIPPING FAQ:

When do I order if I want my equipment before December 25th? 

  • Our guaranteed shipping cutoff depends on order size For larger equipment orders, we recommend ordering before 11:00 pm PST on December 9th. For smaller orders, we recommend ordering before 11:00 pm PST on December 15th. 

What qualifies a "larger order?"

  • Larger orders are anything that totals over 350 lb. If you're ordering a home gym bundle, a dumbbell rack set, or just a lot of equipment, your order will likely ship via freight (Estes, R&L, etc.) and require a delivery appointment. This typically takes 7-10 days but often gets congested around the holidays based on order volume. One note is that our barbells and racks are long and will ship parcel and ship separately (UPS, FedEx, etc). So even if you order a big home gym, you will still get your barbell and racks sooner. 

What qualifies a "smaller order?"

  • Smaller orders are orders that weigh less than 300 lb. These orders might include a few individual dumbbells or kettlebells, a bench, the kettlebell essentials bundle, or dumbbell tree sets. These items ship individually via parcel (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and typically arrive quicker than freight deliveries. 

How do I know if my order is large or small?

  • A good indicator is if you hit any of our shipping discounts (25% off shipping or more), your order is shipping freight. Again, you will still get barbells and racks via parcel that typically arrive sooner than our freight deliveries.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping options and costs at NikeStrength.com can change over time, but shipping costs will not change for a particular order once confirmed at checkout. From time-to-time we may offer promotional discounts to offset shipping charges.  Current shipping discounts include the following:

  • $10 flat rate shipping on all apparel orders
  • $25 flat rate shipping on each barbell ordered
  • 25% shipping rate discounts on all orders over 250 LBs

DELIVERY – WHERE AND WHEN

We will decide which carrier to use to deliver your product based on the profile of your order. We can only fulfill an order to a valid delivery address which is a home or office address in the lower 48 United States. While we generally are able to prepare an order for shipment within 1-2 days and coordinate delivery of your order within an additional 3-5 days, lead times may be longer during peak periods. Note, we do not ship on certain public holidays or Sundays.

CARRIER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Who should I contact about order tracking and delivery?
After your order leaves our facility, we won’t have any additional information beyond what you see when you track your package(s). If you have delivery-related questions during shipment or want more specific tracking information, please contact the carrier directly. For parcel deliveries, your shipment will often be placed with one of the carriers below:

For larger orders, all or part of your order may be delivered by a commercial delivery company. We will provide you with the contact information for the commercial carrier and an order tracking number, but the availability of real-time order tracking information may be limited, depending on the carrier. Delivery timelines for larger orders may be up to a week longer than standard parcel deliveries. For the best experience, we recommend coordinating delivery of your shipment directly with the carrier.

    Where do I find my estimated delivery date?

    You’ll see an estimated order delivery date from the carriers after your order ships, on your order status page, and when you track your order. Because this date is an estimate, your order could be delivered shortly before or shortly after this date.

    Can I change the delivery address on my order?

    No, our team moves quickly to process and ship your order—we cannot change your order or your delivery address. However, after your order ships, you can contact the carrier directly to see if they can update the address or redirect the package to a pickup facility.

    Where do I find my tracking number?

    When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the carrier tracking number (note: this is a separate email from your original order confirmation email). You can also access your tracking number at account.nikestrength.com. From there, click or tap "View or Manage," then "Track Shipment."

    TRACKING AND DELIVERY TROUBLESHOOTING

    Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?

    Don’t worry if your tracking information doesn’t immediately populate—the carrier sometimes takes up to 48 hours to activate the tracking information. Please check back with your carrier, the tracking information should update soon.

    Why is my order delayed?

    We do our absolute best to deliver your order on time, but enhanced safety practices and high order volume sometimes slow us down. After an order ships, your package could be delayed by delivery issues like severe weather, an incomplete delivery address, or regional service delays.

    Why was only part of my order delivered?

    If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

    What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

    For the fastest service, please contact the carrier directly. Sometimes carrier tracking information updates prematurely, and your package could be delivered within 24 hours. If it’s still before your estimated delivery date, please hold tight, your package is on the way. If it’s after your estimated delivery date, please contact the carrier for more information.

    SPLIT DELIVERY

    Multi-unit orders may be delivered in multiple shipments. We reserve the right to split the delivery of any order. If we split your order, we will notify you of our intention to do so by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided at the time your order was placed. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.

    INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

    Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging and products for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment, and contact the NIKE STRENGTH customer service team for assistance.
