Please share your facility’s tax exemption documents with our team. Once received, we’ll provide our company tax information to complete the process.

Do you offer volume discounts for bulk orders?

Yes — for large bulk orders, our sales team can help with custom pricing based on your facility’s needs. Please reach out to your sales representative for more information on volume discounts.

Shipping & Orders

What is the lead time for equipment orders?

All free weights, storage racks, and accessories are palletized and require 5–7 days for processing. Shipping times vary by order size and carrier. Once shipped, the carrier will contact you by phone or email to schedule a delivery.

Barbells and rack boxes (Boxes 1 & 2) ship via FedEx or UPS and typically process in 1–2 days. These do not require a scheduled delivery date — you’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Custom equipment has longer lead times. Reach out to our sales team for the most up-to-date lead times on custom equipment orders.

Where is my order coming from?

Orders ship from our distribution centers in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Sweetwater, Tennessee. Depending on inventory levels, your order may ship from multiple locations.

Can I choose my freight carrier?

Freight carriers are selected based on the best available rate and service for your delivery location. Please contact us before placing your order if you have special requirements.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information is provided for both parcel and LTL shipments. If you have questions, please contact us at nikestrength@support.nikestrength.com.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact nikestrength@support.nikestrength.com within 48 hours. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

Why was I charged tax on my order?

Taxes are calculated automatically based on the tax regulations of your state. The amount depends on how your state classifies our equipment for that specific region.

How do I obtain W-9 tax documents from Nike Strength for my systems portal?

Can I modify my order?

Orders can be modified any time before checkout is complete. If you need help after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Nike Strength only ships within the United States.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Does Nike Strength offer expedited shipping options?

Due to the size and weight of our gym equipment, we do not currently offer expedited shipping. Our products ship using freight or oversized carriers to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. While we understand the need for faster delivery, our priority is secure, reliable shipping that keeps costs reasonable for our customers. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your equipment to you as quickly and safely as possible.

What is the shipping cost breakdown?

  • $10 flat rate shipping on all apparel orders
  • $25 flat rate shipping on each barbell ordered
  • 10% shipping rate discount on all orders over 200 lb
  • 25% shipping rate discount on all orders over 400 lb
  • 50% shipping rate discount on all orders over 700 lb
  • 75% shipping rate discount on all orders over 1,000 lb
  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over 1,500 lb

Payment Options

Does Nike Strength accept wire or ACH payment?

Yes. At checkout, select the bank transfer option and complete the purchase. The equipment order will then be held in our system. Once the wire transfer is completed, Nike Strength will process the order and provide shipping details.

Does Nike Strength accept credit card payments?

Nike Strength accepts all credit cards listed in the checkout process.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We currently offer financing through Shop Pay, which allows you to pay monthly.

We do not currently offer in-house financing. Please check with your sales representative for large-order payment options.

Programs

Do you have an ambassador or affiliate program?

Yes. You can apply to the Nike Strength Ambassador Program.

How do I access my wholesale account?

Once your account is approved, you’ll receive a welcome email and a sales representative will reach out to confirm your account. Log in using the email you signed up with — your wholesale discount will be applied automatically.

Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?

Nike Strength does not currently have a rewards program. Please sign up for our email list to receive updates on promotions and product launches.

What if I’m missing parts or hardware?

Is Nike Strength equipment safe for outdoor use?

We recommend using Nike Strength equipment indoors or in covered areas. Prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions may cause damage that is not covered by the warranty.

What materials are the dumbbells and plates made of?

Nike Strength dumbbells are made with premium rubber or urethane for durability, paired with solid steel or cast iron cores. This ensures long-lasting performance with minimal wear.

What weight increments do the dumbbells come in?

Nike Dumbbell (black/white hex) — 5–100 lb

Nike Grind Dumbbell — 2.5–75 lb

Nike Strength Pro Urethane Dumbbell — 5–125 lb

What are Nike Kettlebells made of?

The Nike Kettlebell is a cast iron kettlebell. Debossed branding and weight indicators create a smoother surface, reducing friction in the racked position for a more comfortable feel. The oversized handle window accommodates most hand sizes, allowing for a secure grip during one-handed exercises and smooth transitions for two-handed movements. Weight ranges from 9 lb (4 kg) to 88 lb (40 kg).

Do you provide spec sheets, CAD files, or gym design services?

Nike Strength offers design and layout services for custom projects. We do not provide CAD files. We do provide product dimensions and spec sheets for most equipment to help you plan your space — please contact your sales representative for specific product details.

Do you offer installation services?

Nike Strength does not currently offer in-home or on-site installation. We recommend working with a local professional for the assembly of larger equipment. Depending on your location, we may be able to recommend trusted installation providers.

How can I update my shipping or billing information?

You can update your shipping or billing address through your account dashboard, or by contacting customer service before your order ships.

Does Nike Strength offer gym flooring?

Nike Strength does not sell flooring directly. We recommend Ecore, a trusted partner for high-performance gym flooring solutions. Once your order is confirmed, our sales representative will connect you with an Ecore rep to help you choose the best flooring for your space.

Does Nike Strength sell cardio equipment?

No — Nike Strength focuses exclusively on strength training equipment and accessories. We do not offer cardio equipment at this time.
