The Nike Strength Pro Adjustable Weight Bench raises seat height to 18 inches for the athletes the Pro line is built for and reframes the base in 3x3-inch 11-gauge steel, with a reworked front foot and a longer rear foot that resist tipping when the bench is side-loaded for hip thrusts or step-ups. The steel frame under the pad was widened to carry that off-center load. New synthetic leather raises abrasion resistance and adds texture that holds athletes in place through sweaty sessions, and a replaceable wear guard takes the wear that sweat and hair oils would otherwise put into the pad itself — so a facility can refresh the contact area without buying a whole new cover. The back adjusts 0–85° and the seat 0–30° for 28 total positions, set through a reinforced rear ladder and a thicker stainless-steel front arc, with knurled hard-chrome pop pins and white-backed laser-cut numbers marking every stop. It is the same bench holding up under daily use in world-class facilities like U.S. Soccer and USC Football.
