Championship moments are built long before anyone is watching. The Nike Strength Pro Power Rack is engineered for the daily work behind them, built from 3x3-inch 11-gauge steel with 1-inch holes spaced 2 inches on center on all four sides so athletes can set every attachment exactly where the movement needs it. Laser-cut numbers run both faces of the uprights — inward at the front for athletes working inside the rack, outward at the back so coaches can align safety arms, strap safeties and lever arms without walking around it. A 42-inch working section gives athletes room to move under standard and specialty bars. A 24-inch rear section stores plates and attachments and leaves a coach clear space to spot, even with the rack against a wall. It is the same rack that anchors world-class facilities like USC Football — what ships here is built to that specification, short of the custom plate work and colorways those programs run.

Features

  • Commercial-Grade 3x3 Steel Construction: 3x3-inch 11-gauge steel uprights and crossmembers, with 1-inch holes spaced 2 inches on center on all four sides and offset so attachments and hardware sit as close together as the setup requires.
  • Laser-Cut Upright Numbering: Laser-cut numbers on the front and back of every upright — inward-facing for athletes inside the rack, outward-facing so coaches can adjust lever arms, safety arms and strap safeties from outside it.
  • 42-Inch Working Section: A 42-inch working section sized for multiple body types to move freely under standard and specialty bars.
  • 24-Inch Rear Storage and Spotting Zone: A 24-inch rear section for plate and attachment storage, and a clear spotting zone for coaches when racks sit against a wall.
  • Proven in Elite Facilities: The same rack specification running in world-class facilities including USC Football.
