Squat Cage
Constructed from solid 3" x 3” 11-gauge steel, our squat cage includes four vertical uprights, cross members, a pull-up bar, safety spotter pins, and j-cups. Clearly marked, 2-inch-spaced holes with laser-engraved numbers denoting every other hole allow for easy J-cup, safety pins or bar placement. With a height of 93" and a built-in pull-up bar, this cage is designed for versatility and durability, and is compatible with Nike Spotter Arms, Nike Dip Station, and other 5/8" attachments.

The medium volcanic knurling texture helps you get a secure grip on the bar and dual knurl marks help guide your hand placement. 8 needle bearings allow for smooth sleeve rotation.
Nike Grind Bumper Plates
Bumper plates are crafted from Nike Grind rubber, a byproduct of Nike's footwear manufacturing process. Measured by total product volume, each plate is made with at least 30% Nike Grind rubber. Because footwear color palettes vary from season to season, each batch of Nike Grind rubber is unique and yields a limited edition run of these plates as they're released. These versatile plates will become your go-to for Olympic lifts, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and functional training. Get grinding rep after rep! JUST DO IT.
