SHIPPING / ORDERS

What is the lead time for equipment orders?

All free weights, storage racks, accessories, and cardio equipment are palletized and require 5–7 days for processing. Shipping times vary by order size and carrier. Once shipped, the carrier will contact you by phone or email to schedule a delivery.

Barbells and rack boxes (Boxes 1 & 2) ship via FedEx or UPS and typically process in 1–2 days. These do not require a delivery date. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Where is my order coming from?

Orders ship from our distribution centers in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Sweetwater, Tennessee. Depending on inventory levels, your order may ship from multiple locations.

Can I choose my freight carrier?

Freight carriers are selected based on the best available rate and service for your delivery location. Please contact us before placing your order if you have special requirements.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, tracking information is provided for both parcel and LTL shipments. If you have questions, please contact us at nikestrength@support.nikestrength.com.

What is REDO?

REDO provides free returns for incorrect or damaged shipments at no cost to you.

Note: Nike Strength and REDO are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact nikestrength@support.nikestrength.com within 48 hours. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

Why was I charged tax on my order?

Taxes are calculated automatically based on tax regulations of your state. The amount depends on how your state classifies our equipment for that specific region.

How do I obtain W-9 tax documents from Nike Strength to add to my systems portal?

Can I modify my order?

Orders can be modified any time before checkout is complete. If you need help after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Nike Strength only ships within the United States.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Does Nike Strength offer expedited shipping options?

Due to the size and weight of our gym equipment, we currently do not offer expedited shipping. Our products are shipped using freight or oversized carriers to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. While we understand the need for faster delivery, our priority is to provide secure, reliable shipping and keep costs reasonable for our customers. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get your equipment to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • 25% off shipping on orders weighing over 300 lbs

How do I access my wholesale account?

Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?

The Nike Strength Core line is our collection of versatile, high-quality strength training equipment designed primarily for home gym athletes and small training spaces. What is the difference between Nike Strength Pro and Core Products?

Nike Strength Pro is designed for facility and studio owners who need premium, commercial-grade equipment. This line is built to endure heavy daily use and repeated drops by athletes in high-performance training environments. Link to Pro

The Nike Strength Core line includes rubber hex dumbbells, bumper plates, cast iron kettlebells, barbells, and residential-grade racks. While these products can handle light commercial use, they are best suited for home gym athletes who want durable, versatile gear for personal training spaces.

What is the warranty on Nike Strength equipment?

Nike Strength Pro equipment comes with a 5-year warranty (please confirm with Zach).

Do you offer custom branding or personalization?

At this time, Nike Strength does not offer custom logos or branding on its equipment.

Do you provide assembly instructions?

Yes, assembly instructions are included with all racks and larger equipment. Warning inserts are also attached to all equipment purchases.

Can I get replacement parts for my equipment?

Replacement parts are available for most products. Please contact customer service with your product and order information for assistance.

What if I’m missing parts or hardware?

If your order arrives incomplete, please reach out to customer service immediately so we can send replacement parts.

Is Nike Strength equipment safe for outdoor use?

We recommend using Nike Strength equipment indoors or in covered areas. Prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions may cause damage not covered by the warranty.

What is Nike Grind?

Nike Grind is Nike Strength’s commitment to sustainability, where recycled materials from worn-out shoes and surplus production are repurposed into durable components for our strength training equipment and accessories. What materials are dumbbells and plates made of?

Nike Strength dumbbells are made with premium rubber or urethane for durability, paired with solid steel or cast iron cores. This ensures long-lasting performance with minimal wear.

What weight increments do the dumbbells come in?

  • Black/White Hex Dumbbells: 5–100 lb, half-size up to 22.5 lbs, 5 lb increments above 25 lb. Link

Do you provide spec sheets, CAD files, or gym design services?

At this time, Nike Strength does not offer CAD files or gym design services. However, we do provide product dimensions and spec sheets for most equipment to help you plan your space. Please contact your sales representative for any specific product details.

Do you offer installation services?

Nike Strength does not currently offer in-home or on-site installation. We recommend working with a local professional for the assembly of larger equipment.

How can I update my shipping or billing information?

You can update your shipping or billing address through your account dashboard or by contacting customer service before your order ships.

Does Nike Strength offer gym flooring?

Nike Strength does not sell flooring directly. We recommend using Ecore, a trusted partner for high-performance gym flooring solutions. Once your order is confirmed, our sales representative will connect you with an Ecore rep to help you choose the best flooring for your space.

Does Nike Strength sell cardio equipment?

No — Nike Strength focuses exclusively on strength training equipment and accessories. We do not offer cardio equipment at this time.
