The Nike Grind Change Plates are the latest evolution in the Nike Grind product line. They deliver the same durable performance as our original design, now made with Nike Grind rubber, a byproduct of Nike’s footwear manufacturing process. Built for smooth loading and incremental progress, these plates help you build strength one small step at a time. Whether you're adding 1.25, 2.5, 5, or 10 lb, every rep moves you closer to your goals.

Each plate contains at least 20% Nike Grind rubber by total product volume and features a bold Swoosh finish. Pair them with Nike Grind Bumper Plates and Nike Grind Dumbbells to outfit your full setup with the Nike Grind collection.

Note: Because footwear color palettes vary seasonally, each batch of Nike Grind rubber is unique and results in a limited-edition run of plates. Unlike the Nike Grind Bumper Plates, the Change Plates maintain a consistent base color, but the Nike Grind particle mix will vary from plate to plate.
